Job description
In consultation with the manager, the HR professional coordinates the key HR processes, including HR and competence development, staff evaluation and human resources management (HRM) etc.
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Recruitment, staffing, Time Management, compensation management, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Deep understanding and experience (0-5 years) with knowledge transfer and best practices of HR operations workflows to development teams for conceptualization, process and automation solution design and development.
Work in close collaboration with Store Operations and HO HR teams to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, Policy Implementations etc.
HR Administration and Leave Management Process.
Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate so as to manage the team in an effective way.
Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in the field of HR are encouraged to apply.
Required Candidate profile
Ability to work within a dispersed team, collaborating as appropriate but taking ownership and responsibility for own areas of work.
Fluent in English and Hindi Must have knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Time Management, People Management, statutory compliances Must have experience in HRIS Must be fluent with advanced Excel Immediate joiners will be preferred.
