Role & responsibilities
Able to work on the HR generalist profile.
Able to sourcing & screening profiles from various online channels, design & update Job Description, craft recruiting email to candidates, screening Resumes as per requirement, doing head hunting from different channels, handling multiple positions.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Able coordinate and direct work activities for employees and manage employee records
Direct all hiring, on-boarding and training procedures for new employees
Able to do attendance management.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven work experience of 1-2 Years
Preferably Female applicant
Sharp analytical abilities and ability to aggregate information from different sources
An open minded research approach and good writing skills are strongly preferred
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Knowledge on excel and G-suit
