JOB DESCRIPTION: (Female candidates only) Job Title: HR Generalist/ HR Executive Experience: 2+ years Salary: Open Location: Hyderabad Work Schedule: 5 days Week ( Monday to Friday ) Timing: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST Reporting to: Director Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Will be doing HR related activities like preparing offer letters, exit letters, etc. Filing of documents like invoices, employee records, office expense bills, etc Get the ID cards ready for new joinees Maintaining stock of inventory of office needs and any other area of administrative work. Setting up of interviews for the Director for all internal hiring Internal hiring sourcing, posting jobs on Naukri Pay slip generation and distribution to employees Attendance maintenance and tracking through HRMS Co-ordinate with Director in monthly salary invoice preparation Co-ordinate with CA for any documentation work like TDS, tax documents, etc Any operational assistance as and when need arises. Follow-up with bank guys for salary account opening on new joinee Work closely with Director Roles and Responsibilities New hire and exit Formalities: Collection of joining documents Reference check on new hires Preparation of offer letters ID cards and access card preparation Desk setup Maintain physical copies/Filing of Employee records Updating appropriate spread sheet with new joinee information Salary account opening with ICICI bank Employee need to fill PF declaration form and it needs to send out to Tax consultant. Meal cards account opening for new joinee Appraisal letter preparation Preparing Relieving documents The day of employee relieving let Jim know to take off login credential New hire and interviewing: Screening Interviewing Scheduling Naukri posting Monthly Pay Slip Distribution Attendance Maintenance and Tracking: Leaves Half day Late mark Update and maintain trackers of weekly points and Deal sheet Maintenance of Inventory Maintenance of Attendance register and Visitor register: Filing monthly Invoices Maintenance of stationery Employee Engagement: Birthdays and Anniversaries Extra-curricular activities Festival celebrations Email Notification: Absenteeism Holidays Announcements DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Must be willing to work as per the directions Female candidates only Should be a quick learner Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills Willing to work in India hours 3:30pm 12:30am IST (Mon-Fri) Experience in internal hiring process and interview scheduling Must have an expert eye for reviewing resumes and making sound recommendations to the director. Should be highly networked, target driven, proactive and a positive attitude. Knowledge and ability over the experience will be preferred On need basis should be able to interact and communicate with the team in US.
