Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing end to end recruitment solutions to the business divisions.
Sourcing the right talent through placement agencies, job portals, headhunting, databank search etc.
Maintain good rapport with stakeholders and seeks timely feedback to improve hiring experience.
Scheduling, coordinating, conducting interviews, preparing salary fitments, issuing offer letters etc.
Handling induction & orientation activities for the new joinees in the company.
Provide assistance to the core PMS team in carrying out the annual performance appraisal and PMS exercise.
Provide support to L&D team and ensure maximum participation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities for Employees.
