ob description We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee all HR operations in our hospital unit. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in hospital HR operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment and retention process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage the recruitment and retention process Ensure compliance with labor laws Maintain employee records Provide guidance to management on HR issues Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment Ensure that all HR activities align with the hospital's goals and objectives Responsible for staff recruitments, annual appraisal, monitoring staff timings, unauthorized absenteeism, issuing Show Cause notice, conducting enquiry, submission of all statutory returns like EPF, ESIC and Labour Department or any other etc Requirement 4-6 years of experience in hospital HR operations Any HR graduate or post graduate Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Knowledge of HR software and tools Role: HR Generalist Industry Type: Medical Services / Hospital Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: HR Operations Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills recruitmentgrievancesengagementspayrollwelfare hr operations
