Job description Location: Gurgaon Company: Badho Technologies Private Limited Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment processes. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review. Prepare and roll out offer letters to selected candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate terms of employment. Coordinate background verification process for new hires. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up IT accounts, and scheduling orientation sessions. Coordinate with department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles. Maintain and update HR documentation including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 1 year of experience or any internship done in HR roles, preferably in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Attributes Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive approach to HR issues and challenges.
