Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle (Entry to Exit).
Managing complete blue collar recruitment process for Manesar Plant.
Participating in the interview panels & conducting interviews.
Ensure the pre and post recruitment process.
Responsible to consolidate the Training Needs of employees and coordinate with concern department HOD's to analyses the same.
Analyze the overall Training Needs and adhere the annual training Calendar.
Schedule and Organize the Training programmes.
Keep track of external training programme schedules to nominate employees.
Event planning, management and execution of logistics for all External Training Programmes.
Updating the training records (Internal & External Training Resources).
Conduct Post Evaluation Training Assessment in coordination with the Functional Heads.
Contract labor management.
Statutory compliances Generating ESI / PF Challans and remittance.
Hormonial relationship between the govt officials.
Responsible for renew the statutory licenses (Factory / Contract etc.)
Engaging Employee Welfare Activities - Programs like sports, Get-Together /Factory and Family Connect, Best Kaizen Award and other corporate social activities. Celebration of Safety Month / Womens Day / World Environment Day etc.,
Audit Exposure towards EMS / OHSAS / ISO and IATF.
Desired Candidate Profile - Female Candidate with MSW degree only (With 3 to 10 Years of experience in HR Generalist Portfolio)
