Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration.
Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; and maintaining records.
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day to day HR Activities, including filing of monthly, annual and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic trainings, maintaining attendance and other HR records.
Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance knowledge is required. The candidate will be required to do the following: Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, and handling of End to End Recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Needs to be fluent with English language - Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions.
Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all hiring matters.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
Should be flexible and be willing to work under fix deadline or work under targets for recruitment.
