JOB DETAILS
Responsibility:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Participating in recruitment efforts
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Processing incoming mail, attend the call
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment.
Requirement
Reporting skills
The computer is literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Degree in Human resources or related Field
