HR Executive
Education: B.Com
Computer Skills: Good Working Knowledge of Office Tools like Spreadsheets, Word Editors,
Presentation tools.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: VADODARA- City Office.
Work Profile: Co-ordinate activities between the City Office and the Factory
Travel Requirements: Travel Required for 10% of the time between City Office and KAALOL,
PANCHMAHAL.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Director and Department Heads.
2. Assisting the Director during his Visits to the Factory
3. Maintain Employee Records.
4. Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming
resumes.
5. Provide Support to the team and general HR Initiatives as required.
6. Providing assistance to the team members in office Operations.
7. Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required.
8. Coordinate with the departmental heads for their requirements.
9. Collecting and mailing correspondence.
10. Coordinating for client meetings/presentations by arranging for facilities .
11. Placing and expediting orders & verifying receipt, stocking items, delivering supplies to
work stations.
12. Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
13. Maintaining an accurate and up to date records management system (including
classifying and coding electronic and hardcopy files)
14. Making travel arrangements for executives. & Customers.
15. Supervise other clerical staff to manage Office/Work place clean & hygiene.
16. Responsible for Back Office Admin Activity like maintain office location safe & clean.
17. Prepare reports and presentations for Internal Communications
