Job description
Ensures that all process deliverable tasks as assigned and responsible for, are completed in a timely manner with quality.
Should have at least 2+ years of work experience with IT recruitment.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements
Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end-to-end recruitment Personal Traits: Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
Contributes to process improvements.
Maintains proactive and regular communication with employees to address issues/grievances, escalates and discusses the same with higher management, suggests, advises, induces and takes corrective action.
Ensures HR statutory compliance with process and departmental standards.
Well-versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction, and engagement activities.
