Job description
Role: HR Executive
Location: Noida - On-site
US shift: 6.30 pm - 3.30 am (Monday - Friday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
End to end pre and post joining formalities
Onboarding and induction
End to end exit management
Incentive management
Payroll management
HRIS Management
Handling employee relations, assisting with employee grievances
Policy implementation
Extending support for employee engagement activities
Coordinating for daily HR Activities
Support business functions as and when required
Candidates Profile
3-6 years of experience in HR across various generalist activities
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be flexible & have a detail-oriented attitude
Should be well versed with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
Must possess strong personal and professional ethics
MBA/PGDM.
