Job description
A Human Resources Executive for Unicon Pharma PVT LTD has below responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment process.
Conduct orientation and onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including PF and ESI
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to create a positive work environment.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolution.
Support the performance management process by conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or staffing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
