You will be responsible for statutory compliance matters relating to Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA). You will give subject matter guidance to the clients in resolving issues & answering queries from clients. Senior subject matter experts will also help you however it will expect that you have basic knowledge in the above mentioned areas to handle first level queries. Hence you will be required
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle of the company. You will drive the recruitment in achieving the required TAT for on - boarding. Further , You will be handling employee engagements to ensure the high morale and team spirit of the employee. You will be expected to engage in the best of HR practices. You should be in a position to provide vision and leadership to juniors
This positions key responsibility would be to manage the operations of the canteen were approximately 2500+ meals will be served in a day. Over and above this , catering service will be extended to the various events that happen at the campus virtually every month.
