We are looking for an Jr HR Executive Trainee who is persuasive and committed to perform day-to-day HR operational duties. Ultimately, a top-performing HR executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication skills at all times.
Competency
Bachelor degree in HR or any other relevant field.
0-1 years of work experience in Human Resource is preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skill.
Excellent conflict resolution & organising skill.
Proficient in Microsoft office in or any relevant software.
Must be passionate in HR domain.
Have to possess strong communication, detail-orientation & inter-personal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement background verification, induction, documentation and orientation programme for the new hires.
Responsible for exit interview process.
Perform routine activities related to administration which is included but not limited to attendance and leave management, disciplinary action, employee engagement, grievance handling, explaining polices to the employees.
Handling employees related inquiries from applicants, employees and referring complex matter to the appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working along with hiring team in sourcing & organising the interviews.
