Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling End - to - End Engineering Recruitment of the company. Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
2. Screening suitable profiles as per job description, evaluating right fit profiles, Interview coordination, and Salary Negotiations & Offer preparation with approval of department heads.
3. Performing Background checks of shortlisted candidates.
4. Coordination with HOD for recruitment, planning & selection process.
5. Joining formalities.
6. Employee engagement activities.
7. Working days: Monday to Friday
Desired Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a minimum 2 or 2+ years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
2. Hands-on experience on Job Portals, Candidates references for sourcing candidates.(Naukri/Linkedin etc)
3. Source and recruit candidates by using the database, social media, job portals, employee/candidate references.
4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
5. Strong Communications skills with excellent grasping power, must possess good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
6. Open to work in a challenging environment.
