Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
· Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the organization.
· Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
· Provide guidance and counselling to employees on various HR-related matters.
· Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
HR Policy and Compliance:
· Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Maintain employee records and HR systems in accordance with data protection regulations.
· Leave Policy Administration:
· Leave Request Management:
Leave Coordination and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate leave records and documentation, including leave balances, approvals, and supporting medical documentation.
· Monitor and track leave usage, including paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, and other applicable leave types.
Payroll Activities:
· Calculate and verify wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
· Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status.
