JOB DETAILS
Responsible for recruitment activities including - Head-hunt for suitable candidates, source for suitable recruitment strategies, post job advertisements, schedule interviews, coordinate and follow up on interviews.
Provide induction and orientation to new employee (company policies, employee benefits, etc).
Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date and accurate.
Ensure timely submission and endorsement of timesheets and leave applications.
Handle staff medical insurance and renewal.
Responsible for exit procedures for all employees.
Arrange, execute and administer day to day operations relating to company general administration activities to ensure the office is running effectively and efficiently.
