Full job description The HR Generalist plays a key role in managing various HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, supporting employee relations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Source and recruit candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process. Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations. Promote a positive work culture and employee morale. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices. Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs. Support managers in setting performance goals and objectives. Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement and strategic HR initiatives. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
