JOB DETAILS
1. To handle employee-related job roles including hiring, payroll management, and basic admin work.
2. Complete documentation and maintain hierarchy for getting approvals
3. Post job requirements on various job portals as per the requirements shared by the company.
4.Maintaining, mailing, and updating pay slips and PF & ESIC statements for the team members.
5. Ensure filtering of resumes for hiring that needs to be done by the company. Shortlist and
interview them for 1st level of filtering.
6. Maintaining expenses and attendance of all team members of the organization
8. Confidentiality is the key to this role and thus always maintains the same.
9. Ensure proper reporting structure and submission of all MIS reports needed by the
organization.
