Full job description
We are looking for HR Executive (Fresher), with MBA with 1 - 2 years of experience. As HR Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions and activities within the organization. Preference will be given to those candidates who are staying Thane or nearby Thane area.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance evaluation data.
HR Compliance:
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the HR team and the organization.
