Desired Profile - Having experience in handling field staff right from recruitment to exit.
1)Regular updation of employee master of New Joinees, resignees, salary revision if any in ERP System.
2)Maintaining & updation of personal files of all field personnel
3)Taking interview upto M.R. level
4) Time and Attendance Updation
5)Salary Processing
6)Evaluating Appraisal
7)Recruitment and joining / induction
8)Statutory and compliance
