JOB DETAILS
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution. Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
Compliance:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree in HR Management is a plus).
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably with some experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in HR software and systems.

Salary: ₹20,000.24 - ₹30,000.46 per month
