Position Overview:
As a Human Resources (HR) Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for employees. You will work closely with HR managers, employees, and other departments to deliver excellent HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in conducting interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving HR-related issues.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Mediate and assist in resolving conflicts between employees, promoting a harmonious work environment.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes, guiding managers and employees.
Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans and ensure employee development.
4. HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Generate HR reports and analytics as required, offering insights to HR management.
Help with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
5. Training and Development:
Support the organization's training initiatives, identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
Assist in creating and updating training materials and resources.
6. Compliance and Policies:
Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Prior experience in HR or related roles is beneficial but not always required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity.
