Salary negotiation with selected candidates and rolling out of the offer letter.
Effectively maintain the database of all candidates.
Brainstorming employee engagement initiatives to maintain high levels of employee motivation, commitment satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Experience: 6 Months to 1 year in recruitment, employee engagement.
Experience in agency preferred.
Degree in a related field.
