JOB DETAILS
-As a Regional SPOC, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle.
-Being the point of contact, closely tracking manpower requirements & sourcing talent through various channels to ensure branches are adequately manned.
-Maintaining the quality of new hires through proper screening & background checks.
-Responsible for on-boarding of new joiners in coordination with Ops Team & ensuring they are settled in their new assignment.
-Highlighting HIPOs (High Potential) for the region & nominating them for the elevation programs.
-Driving Employee Engagement initiatives in coordination with Engagement Team across the zone.
-Managing attrition for the region through various HR interventions.
-Taking up special assignments for improvement of Best Practices & Processes.
-Data Management & preparing dashboards for the region.
