Ø New employee’s onboarding documentation process.
Ø Keep employee records (physical and digital).
Ø Preparing of all kind of letters like Intent, Appointment, Increment, Experience, Relieving, etc…
Ø Payroll data
Ø Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
Ø Reviewing resume and screening candidates.
Ø Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring
managers.
Ø Resolve PF and ESI related issues of employees.
Ø Preparing the mediclaim & accident insurance policy.
Ø Preparing Salary slip, Id cards & Visiting cards of all the employees.
Ø Attendance Record Maintain.
Ø Gratuity data
Ø Conducting exit interviews and completing the F&F files.
