Should be okay in public speaking If fresher than must have managed college level events. If experienced, must have at least 1 to 4yrs of experience in HR not only recruitment. Roles & Responsibilities Weekly fun activities for employees Birthday & anniversary celebration Should know how to create picture collages. Should be really good in communication skills Creative mindset person will be apt for this role Initiatives to enhance employee experience & culture Self driven & motivated person to bring in more ideas. Basic excel knowledge(there will be a basic excel Test) Hands on canva will be an added advantage.(creativity test will be given) Closely work with Manager on any task assigned
