Position: HR Executive
Location: Thane west, Majiwada
Salary : 10,000 to 12,000 per month + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing day to day HR operations
· Updating the employee records
· Source right talent pool from different job portals, social networking sites.
· Handle employee life cycle activities - new hire induction/on-boarding to exit..
· Issue of offer Letters and appointment letters.
· Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
· Creating and maintaining documentation of database of each employee.
· Take care of office administration in general and be the point of contact for all related queries.
Requirements and Desired Skills :
· Any fresher with Graduation or Post graduation.
· Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel
· Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedure
