Drafting job descriptions
Posting job roles
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Performing in-person and zoom interviews with shortlisted candidates
Coordinating with accounts for timely salary processing
Must have a good understanding of HR policies as per existing rules and regulations
Skills to adapt the requirements of company
Key Skills
Experience in recruitment functions is advantageous but not essential
