To get the requirement for manpower from the management / HOD for various positions.
To search the candidates from various sources like advtg, reference Placement services.
To interact with candidates, scrutinize and take primary Interviews, then make a list of candidates, fix interviews as per the convenience of the Director / HOD.
Once the candidate is selected, an appointment letter is issued, joining date is mutually discussed .Inform Company norms, policies etc.
Conduct pre medical checkup for new joinees before appointment.
Arrange training programs for new as well as existing employees.
Keeping the record of training, training feedback, evaluation of training, training effectiveness measurement etc.
Update employees about the benefits and facilities given by the company.
Manager will keep a track of regulatory training required as per the specific domain and competency.
Supporting activities (downloading the data, leave cards updation) of the Attendance system.
Provide assistance for preparation of employees’ salary.
To do Performance Review of all employees in consultation with Management and Department Head.
Responsible for Coordination of employee engagement, welfare activities.
Grievance handling of employees.
Fulfill the government compliance like appointment of apprentice, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare, Yearly requirements as per factory act.
Keeping the records of the Mediclaim and accident policy provided for employees.
To maintain the personal files records of employees.
Arrange yearly health checkups and keep the records of the same.
Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.
For all other responsibilities, given by Top Management as & when, required
