Role Description This role will be responsible for managing end to end Talent Acquisition across all the departments of the organization.
Role Summary An Executive HR will be responsible for creating and implementing hiring plan,
managing, and monitoring sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs and
efficiency and onboarding of employees thereby helping their smooth transition into
the organisation.

What the role entails
Key accountabilities/ responsibilities
Working closely with stakeholders in a plant to understand hiring needs.
Act as a talent advisor to provide best fit candidates.
Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies (including social media)
for attracting talent with top-notch skills and the right personality.
Instrumental in offer negotiations and handholding of candidate till on
boarding.
Effective use of various tools for sourcing-LinkedIn, networking, headhunting,
portals like Naukri etc.
Prepare and update recruitment tracker/ dashboards.
What we are looking for in you:
Excellent communication skills.
2-6 years experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition function.
Hands-on experience in full recruiting lifecycle components including, but not
limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing & salary negotiation.
Should have handled medium to high volume hiring numbers.
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining search engines.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures and
clear communication skills.
Should have preferably MBA Degree.
