Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall training arrangement activities & maintaining records
Preparation of various HRD related Letters (Confirmation, Increment, Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary, Memos, Notices & Bank related)
Responsible for statutory & regulatory payments to be done on time before the due date and filing the proofs of the same Complete the documentations of the newly joined employees
Responsible for attending various Committee Meetings as a member of the respective committees
Responsible for preparing MOM for various Committee meetings held
Responsible for updating Management of Change if any Key/Essential personnel leaves or resigns from Organization
Responsible for preparing Performance Appraisal Form each year
Responsible for allocating leaves to employees each month and updating the leave summary every month
Act as a guide to Female Employees in matters of Social activities
Responsible for coordinating with the Manpower Consultant, scheduling & arranging interviews with the Concerned Person
Responsible for the Payroll activities of the Hawa Staff
Explaining all the policies to employees & new joinees
Responsible for maintaining Individual files of each employee & maintain appropriate records of education, training, skill & experience
Assisting HRD - Incharge in preparing Various HRD Policies
Maintaining & updating the respective HRD Department KPIs
Ensuring completion of Exit Employees Documentations
Processing of PF settlement forms
Distribution of Employees Salary Cheques
Responsible for checking the evaluation & effectiveness of training and updating the same in the individual training records
Conducting the Medical Check up of all Employees yearly, maintaining Check up Summary, Counselling affected & record the same
Mapping of Competency, Preparation of Competency Matrix and updating the same from time to time
Responsible for EHS Implementation & Compliance
Report to Dy. MR for changes in key or essential personnel for making MOC
Report Near miss, incident and accidents to Safety committee members
Maintaining and up keeping of 5S
To ensure 100% HSE requirements are followed
Preparing Training Plan, Training Program & updating the Training Schedule from time to time & ensuring that each & every
employee has received QMS & HSE Trainings
Ensuring that the training is conducted as per the Training Schedule & Program
Accountable for arrangement of the Employees Training as per the Training request received
Maintaining Training Records in all the asked Company's Standard Formats
Coordinating with the external/internal trainers & consultants for ensuring that the training programs run smoothly as per
the Training Plan
Communicating with the trainers & trainees and ensuring that the training modules are in accordance to the training needs
Arrangement of various tools, equipment for internal training and also managing arrangements for external trainings
Coordinating with the Manpower Consultant and arranging, scheduling interviews with the concerns & ensure timely recruitment
Taking telephonic round of Interview of the Candidates & coordinating with them for scheduling face to face round of Interviews
Verify the filled employment application form before the Interview begins & collecting all necessary documents from the candidates as applicable
Complete the reference check for selected/shortlisted candidates
Desired Candidate , Working on factory level, Preferably new Mumbai area.
