Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
For all levels of jobs, manage the complete end-to-end recruitment life-cycle including sourcing & screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement till the date of joining.
Source fit-for-role talent through job postings/searches in job boards (Naukri.com, Linkedin, etc) referrals, etc.
Screening of CV and engaging with the candidate to ascertain the technology skills and experience.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.
Ensuring timely feedback collection and sharing of the feedback with the candidate.
Assist in offer roll out to the shortlisted candidates and engage with candidates to negotiate on offer when required.
Stay connected with the candidate in the offer-to-onboard phase and ensure the candidate feels engaged until the actual joining date.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate/Post Graduate having 0-4years of experience.
Knowledge reporting/data management skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
