Keeping track of all the applicants
Job posting on social sites (LinkedIn, Facebook).
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate
recruiting
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ years of experience in hiring Mid & Senior Sales professionals
Experience in sourcing resumes through different job portals like Monster, Naukri, Linked In, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Working knowledge of using the Internet and MS-Office
Bachelors degree with MBA in HR(Preferred)
