Smart Graduates / Post- Graduates with 2- 3 years of experience along with minimum 1 years into recruitments. Excellent communication skills. Should have experience of using job portals. Person will be responsible for end to end recruitments, sourcing & screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews. Coordination with respective Business Manager for manpower requirements and interview scheduling. On boarding of employees.
