Job description
This position shall be responsible for computing salary and wages through current Process along with Full and Final Settlements, Maintaining Personal Files of active and in-active employees. He/ She shall also be responsible for Contract Labour Management along with HR admin related activity like Security, Transport arrangement, Housekeeping activities and Guest House Management in the plant. Also to assist immediate manager for various other HR Activities.
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
1. Payroll
Responsible for daily attendance updates in system.
Responsible for processing monthly salary and wages on time.
Updating Employees movement (Hiring/ Separation/ Leaves/ Personal details in System/ SAP)
Updating of Employee Master (Hiring process for new joinees/confirmation/probation/separation /termination) of all company roll employees in System/ SAP.
Preparation and Distribution of various letters e.g. Appointment letter, confirmation letter, probation letter, trainees letter, transfer letter, relieving letter to employees on timely basis.
Responsible for complete exit formalities while separation of the employee i.e. full & final amount, clearance, relieving certificates, and exit interview.
Bank account opening of new joinees & updating in System/SAP.
Support Plant HR Head in preparation of various MIS e.g. monthly MIS for the plant.
Maintaining various reimbursement records e.g. Fuel reimbursement, medical reimbursement, LTA reimbursement.
Co-ordination of various welfare activities
2. Casual Labour Management
Arrangement of contract labour as per requirement of various functions in plant
Induction training and its record for casual manpower, NEEM, Apprentices
Ensuring CLM compliance & billing formalities of all contractors
Monitoring attendance of contract labour
Attendance of Apprentices, NEEM and other floating manpower.
3. General Administration
Monitoring Security, Housekeeping, Canteen & Transport etc. activities to avoid production loss.
Ensuring zero accident & safe working conditions in the plant
Follow EHS guidelines for cleanliness, safety & security
Handling Courier management
Maintaining Documents and other important registers
4. Others
Coordinate for Engagement Activities in Plant
Assist immediate manager to ensure statutory compliance
Monitoring and issuing Identity Cards to employees.
Monitoring Printing / Stationary of HR Dept.
Monitoring & updating Long Service Award/Gratuity data in system.
Co-ordination of various welfare activities.
Maintaining Training records as per Unifrax requirement.
Assist immediate managers for various other HR activities
The candidate has to work on-location from our manufacturing facility at Lakhtar, Gujarat (80km away from Ahmedabad).
