Job description
Job Title: HR Executive
Function: Human Resources
Role Purpose: Manage organization structure and positions, Manage compensation structure, Process Payroll, and other benefits, Perform employee data administration and Manage employee relations and satisfaction
Reporting To: Assistant Manager/ Chief Human Resource Officer
Location: Corporate Office (Surat)
Education: Masters in Human Resource Development
Experience (in years): 1-2 yrs experience in areas such as compensation and benefits administration, managing employee engagement, managing employee satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Continually educate employees on company policies and make sure about their execution
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Helping make the payroll of the company.
Preparing documents and reports as per requirements
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
Maintain employee's leaves, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of employees' attendance/absenteeism and reporting to HR Manager.
Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination
Planning of company events or activities on weekly basis by superiors approval
Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Manage Employee Satisfaction and Relations
Establish and communicate Health and Safety Guidelines for employees
Conduct an annual/bi-annual employment satisfaction survey, document areas of improvement, and recommend changes as part of designing HR policies
Performs other duties as assigned.
