Job Description Job Title : Executive Location : Surat DISTRIBUTION Job Summary: Responsible for Human Resource activities of the organization. Assist in administration of Human Resource Policies, procedures and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems and inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for human resource activities like Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations. Processing / Administrating employee welfare related activities including complete documentation. Active involvement in employee grievance handling. Prepare various HR related MIS on periodic basis. Knowledge & Experience: MBA/MHRM/MHRD/MLW/MSW/ from reputed institute 4-8 years work experience in reputed organisation employing more than 800-1000 employees Payroll & Attendance Management Employee life cycle data management Knowledge of applicable statutory compliance Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written including Gujarati) Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Preferred Advance Excel & Power Point) ERP knowledge is an added advantage Must be a Creative Thinker and Excellent Team Player Awareness and knowledge of various HR Development theories and models. Distribution Franchise business is one area which Torrent Power has been aggressively pursuing as part of its expansion plans. Torrent Power created history by entering into the country's first distribution franchisee agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for Bhiwandi Circle in December 2006 and now distributes power to 1.6 lakh customers across 721 sq.
