Job Roles and Duties
Design and update job descriptions
Post and Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Contact and Maintain relations with External Agencies. Must have past experience in social welfare
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Education/Expereince and Skills
Education-BBA / MBA (Human Resources)
Experience -Minimum 3 Years of experience (Preferred into MSW Sector )
Skills
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labour legislation
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
