Job Description :
Manage end to end recruitment process and working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
Take full briefs for each vacancy, taking time to understand the needs of the hiring manager.
Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external source
Build knowledge of the competitor market and identify strong talent in the marketplace; tracking and maintaining contact with these candidates directly.
Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers.
Providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates
Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
Setting up and updating a recruitment database to accurately record candidate activity.
Conducting induction, on-boarding processes for new joiners.
