Job description
We are looking at onboarding HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) with the primary responsibility of attracting, onboarding & engaging talent across the organization.
Key Responsiblities:
To attract quality talent as per the manpower planning & talent sourcing strategy within desired time by ensuring impeccable stakeholder and candidate experience
Liaison with Business Managers regularly to understand the specific hiring needs of respective businesses and meeting the requirements
Managing campus hiring, walk in drives and arranging interviews, salary negotiations and offer release
Preparing weekly/monthly hiring dashboards for the leadership team
Onboarding of new hires & handling other special projects as per the business need
Requirements:
Full time MBA in HR
Exposure of BPO/Bulk hiring is must
Excellent communication skills and multiple stakeholder management skills
Good in Excel
Can work in a startup and high performing environment
