Job Description:-
1. Goal Setting-Fixing of Annual KRAs, Performance Appraisal, Performance Counselling & identifying scope for enhancing the same.
2. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly SMR Reports and Dashboards.
3. To coordinate all the pre-and post-training related activities ensuring smooth execution of these workshops, getting feedback on the Training, and turning these into reports.
4. Must have experience into Legal HR Compliances.
5. Visual display regarding Health & Safety (Camera Audit & Safety Audit).
