Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing recruitment and selection process of the region in line with
the budget and needs of business lines on timely basis.
- Employment processes management at Transactional level such as employee
creation in database, confirmation, separation etc.
- Implement processes around talent development, engagement, rewards and
recognition, performance management, talent management, succession planning,
and employee relations.
- Manpower Planning & Optimization - Understanding the Talent requirements of
Business & accordingly hire the talent within the TAT.
- Conducting skip level interviews and Exit / Stay interviews to understand the ground
realities and work on an action plan with the business head.
- Initiate and facilitate the Talent Review process for Talent Management and Talent
Development, along with Training need analysis of identified talent.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance
management; incentive and bonus awards; benefits enrolment; etc.
- Ensure statutory compliance to applicable regulations within timelines.
- Develop and nurture partnerships and cultivate an environment for a positive
employee experience via well managed HR processes.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective
investigations when necessary.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity
and retention
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System,
including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
