Generalist with exposure to all aspects of HR operations.
Experienced in end to end recruitment.
Exposure of managing employee on-boarding, exit, HR data, and key HR processes.
Should be familiar with HR systems like Leave and attendance management, exit management, HRIS etc. Back end exposure to these systems as an admin, familiarity with activities such as report downloads, data crunching etc.
Should have dealt with a setup which is a combination of automation and manual HR activities.
Experience of supporting team members with HR related data, relevant reports etc.
Excellent with MIS/reporting.
Should have experience of interacting with employees as well as business stakeholders.
Experience Required
1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Qualification
A post graduate/ MBA
Graduates with relevant experience can also apply
Skills Required
Should be a smart individual.
Should have good communication skills.
Good team player.
Self-driven - Quick learner.
