Please stop looking further. Yotta Tech Ports is the place !!! We are looking for an HR Leader who can lead the company with an appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resources. You will establish/lead our peoples goals. While embracing our mission, you will focus on building overall HR programs and processes in a fast-moving environment. You will have an opportunity to drive the company's growth and make an impact with your expertise, working closely with senior leadership to create and drive initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead our People team and implement change within the Company that drives innovation, enhance employee relations, operational excellence and competitive advantage
Create and support the company's strategic plans with Senior Leadership
Work with management to find strategies to improve individual performance of team members, including senior management and leadership
Develop and manage on-boarding processes in accordance with the company's culture
Establish metrics/KPIs and growth paths for staff, while measuring performance
Communicate metrics/KPI and growth paths to senior management
Use data to create policy and drive company goals with consideration to company liability and compliance
Work with Talent Acquisition to compile and analyze compensation packages
Assess staffing needs and deliver tangible plans/solutions for each department
Work with Finance to prepare quarterly and annual hiring budgets/roadmaps
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Host in-house recruitment events
Discuss employees career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Leadership role
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Self confidence with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.
Possess good analytical abilities.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self Motivated & strong ethics. Creative approach & focus on work.
Excellent communication abilities
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
