JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE-HR

JOB SUMMARY
(Brief about the existence of the position)
Incumbent should be having 0-4 years of experience in HR - Talent Acquisition & Management, HR travel coordination, Onboarding the talent (Entry to Exit which include Induction) and General HR Activities i.e. PMS, L&D, Employee Engagement and C&B activities assigned as per the needs of Organizationfrom time to time. Good hands-on experience in Statutory activities would be preferred.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties)
Sourcing the profiles through job portals, social networking sites and references.
To maintain active database of the resume
Track the Talent Acquisition activity.
To handle third party recruitments.
Coordination of interviews lined up with HO & Regions for SHPLfrom time to time.
To handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation details to be informed to payroll.
Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required.
Coordinate with regions and HO on the PMS front to follow up on the Objectives and end year appraisal forms and collate data of the same.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Incumbent should be able to handle internal customer queries and should be able to take calls or to escalate to the next level for the queries to be resolved.

Experience in Recruitment cycle
Sourcing manpower from various sources with minimal guidance.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & PPT) and exposure to ERP Environment i.e. SAP-HR / Oracle-HRMS would be an added advantage. Should be tech savvy and able to work on varied software of the company from time to time.
Good exposure to statutory like PF, ESIC and Gratuity and other time office functions would be a plus.
