Human Resource Executive (External) (Department HR Operations) || Job Opportunity with one of the largest Switzerland based Reinsurance & Insurance (MNC)

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations (Hire to Retire Process) which includes Preparation of onboarding, offboarding, Letters Management, Employee data updating in HR System (Success Factor or any other HR tools), Labour Compliance data coordination, Payroll Data Management, HR Helpdesk, and employee queries management.

Role: Human Resource Executive (External) (Department HR Operations)

HR Operation
HR Helpdesk and resolution of employee queries within TAT.
Providing inputs for medical benefits, Maternity leaves, Gratuity and Paid leaves.
Coordinating for Background Verification Check such as Date of Joining, Date of Relieving, Salary, Designation etc. given by the ex-employee.
Payroll
Provide accurate Payroll inputs such as Joiners, Leavers, Transfers etc. to Payroll Team monthly for pay-out.
Update One Time Earning Input such as Referral Pay-out, One Time Payments, Joining Bonus, Relocation Payments and Replacement Award etc.
On-boarding.
Creating employee records in HRMS / Success Factors.
Audit joining forms to ensure kits are completed with all mandatory details.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand process needs and use data trends to ensure processes scale.
Off-boarding.
Full & Final settlement of the exit employees, including Leave encashment processing.
Handled & Resolved Queries: F&F Payment/Recovery, Status of Exit clearance, F&F computation, PF contribution, Medical Claim, Salary not credited to the Bank account.
Issue of relieving letter & service certificates.
In charge of initiating clearance formalities of exiting employees.
Compliances
Coordinating for Monthly Statutory compliances report to the management.
Liaison with external vendors for End-to-End Statutory renewals & complying as per govt changes.
Stay up to date with all compliance changes and recommendation.
Knowledge Skill and Experience
Good knowledge of HRMS systems. Prior work experience in Success Factor is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Has experience in HR Operations & labour Compliance process.
