Urgent Opening for HR Executive Role with Kotak Securities ltd. Mumbai
Role : HR Executive - Talent Acquisition Team
Location : Goregaon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Will be responsible for sourcing of profiles and initial screening of candidates.
2. Will be responsible for scheduling and collating feedback from regional HR.
3. Should have effective interviewing skills and should be excellent in coordination.
4. Will work in close coordination with Stake holders.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1. Graduate / MBA or Freshers
2. Should have good communication skills.
3. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
Required Candidate profile should be targets and numbers driven. A go-getter should diligently work towards performance and figuring out creative ways to meet manpower requirements open
to hire freshers, but some recruitment experience is preferred.
