The role: looking for ambitious, result oriented candiate with excellent communication skills to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of HR Recruiters.
Key responsibilities:Candidates who would like to build a career in HR Recruitment
Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ shine and Linkedin.
Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates..
End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc)
Experience of working for Finance and Accounting domain preferred.
Key skills and experience required
· Good team player skills to achieve desired results
· Able to work under pressure to meet the tight deadlines demanded
· Flexible, able to multi-task, and work on multiple activities at once
· Knowledge and hands on experience in MS Excel
Qualifying Criteria
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a Must
· A higher degree or MBA/PGDBA in Finance will be an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills
· 02year+ of prior experience working in F&A
· Must be familiar with finance and accounting regulations
· Problem-solving skills and initiative, Ability to work under pressure
